Face value on Meek 15 afl games in 4 seasons you'd think F4
Dockers need him for depth though, so someone is going to have to pay overs for him contracted
I didn’t say all teams.
Meek is pretty good, just keep out of the side by a previous AA squad member ruck.
He's also been tearing it up in the WAFL & played well in AFL when given very limited opportunity this year. A full run at it and you'd expect his AFL form to improve. The best back-up pure ruck going around really and fits a rebuilding team's list profile. Early 3rd rounder for me but Freo probably need to keep one of Meek or Lobb or we need to draft someone else.

Struggling to think of many clubs where he'd be number 1. Maybe Geelong/Carlton?
Contest is everything.
2019 Fremantle had Sandilands and Darcy
2020-2023 Darcy and Lobb kept him out of the side.
Remember Dani Laidley was pretty good but she was keep out of the side by Waterman, McKenna and Worsfold.
Rucks take time to develop and Meek is ready to lead the ruck.

I recon eastfreo75 is actually Geoff Valentine or Mark Tilbury. Can’t really blame these two for trying so hard to keep Meek.

That is why he is looking to Hawthorn. He wants to ruck not just play in the 2's as injury depth for the 1's

Won't be number 1. We play 2 rucks. We only have 3 rucks on the list so Lynch, Meek and Ramsden will be fighting for the number 2 spot.
