Matthew Lokan played in that side aswell, he is worthy of the title.

In retrospect that side had a massive number of passengers. I can’t work out how they beat Brisbane 3 weeks earlier.

steve johnson was the worst player on the ground on saturday did not get a touch till the 3rd quarter and then all of his disposals were ineffective

Did the lateral kick to the centre which Scarlett toe poked to Ablett for Chapman to kicked the goal. Had a turd of a game but was instrumental in the match winning play.

Was NSM in '07, closed again in '11 kicking 4 on one leg and had 30+ and kicked a goal in 2008, he's allowed 1 bad one.

I like Cam but his position is "Angry man". He wouldn't make it as a forward in any other side, he is just there to bring the ball to ground so Johnno, Chapman and others can kick the vast majority of Geelong's score. He is a glorified brick wall.

Good luck to him but he is a seriously average player made to look passable by an awesome midfield.

Very underrated player, very good on both sides who will be remembered for the yips in the '08 gf. Played with a lot of heart

Of course not long before that there were reserves (except SA and WA clubs) and the GF was on the same day.

It’s admittedly from the era when rotations were not a thing so players would at times only play 10 mins in a game.
