I thought it was a great haul also. A quick rookie draft draw up that I didn’t put much thought into saw you take Steely Green to beef up your midfield.

Why did we trade pick 5 to Hawthorne and what for?

With Hunter gone we don't have any best 22 specialist wingers, will probably rotate the Baileys and Treloar through there next year.

Smith and Treloar don't hold their width well enough. I suspect our choice at 11 (12) is between Buss and Hollands if both are available, Allen a consideration too. I'm not sure we'd reach for Hayes at 11. Perhaps Phillips later if we go small with the first two picks.

My hopes are something like Busslinger, Konstanty, Van Es. An interceptor and a stopper to build our back line around, and a pressure small. Doesn’t fill the need for a wing though, and Hollands, Konstanty, Phillips/Van Es would be a really well-rounded haul.
