Whats money got to do with health or science? Its a big goal post move to care about this now when it was a non issue 18 months ago. Fcts and stats dont lie. The stats are clear. We have record deaths. Why is money more important then life today when it wasnt 18 months ago?

Vaccine or no vaccine it wont change the record death totals we are having so im not sure if thats in this conversation in any way which I pointed out before. Its a irrelevant word when people are dieing in record levels. Is it a case that the record high death totals is a acceptable level of death perhaps?

Back in 2020 they said they are not sustainable options and that they need to be used in limited durations.

In saying that, David Nabarro from the WHO said lockdowns should not be the main defence and was against the covid zero response.

We haven’t, and I’m not saying we have or should listen to the WHO, was purely just responding to a question of yours regarding their thoughts on lockdowns - but I believe we will be signing the new pandemic treaty, aren’t we?

The fear was a 2-5% death rate for everyone that caught it and the health system completely breaking down

According to some Chinese friends, 20m plus cases and 50k plus deaths a day mostly in the elderly who have been abandoned to their fate by Xi. They had already told some rellies not to come here as just like in early 2020, the local Chinese community knew what was happening despite Xis lies and were already doing the right thing while our govt dithered around for fear of offending someone or impacting on trade.

The stats also show the clear recent convergence between the long term trend and the 2022 trend.

"All deaths minus Covid" were well above trend, which is to be expected when we were locked in cotton wool for most of 2020 and the Delta lockdown of 2021.

It makes for interesting reading and the conclusion should be that we have done, and are doing, very well.

Timing the news and release of a new variant in order to scare people? Are you effing joking?

Here’s an idea - as the government - listen to the scientists and health officials, get advice based on science from them and communicate to the public as soon as possible so they are informed. You know, the proper human decent thing to do?

For clarity, I used the pre swear filter 5 letter C word to describe these people. Because time and again they've consistently shown their lack of concern for anything other than their own selfish wants.

So yeah, I'd say in my opinion it's an accurate description.
