What does it sum up?
Mentioning the ice bath is odd, and if Cornes had half an idea, he would realise it actually goes against the picture he is trying to paint of JHF.
Whether it was an ice bath, not attending a player meeting or training run it doesn’t matter. All it shows was that a 1st year player didn’t want to follow the club policy.
Cornes thinks it’s frivolous. But if the clubs were swapped, no doubt he would be damning on it.

What have you got aside from the Collingwood rivalry that's been on life support for the best part of 30 years?
Ironic coming from a Carlton fan. I’m in my 30s and never seen carlton be relevant to an AFL season.
Many oppo supporters love to see Carlton lose, not many care what Port do.
Carlton are a rolling comedy show it doesn't equate to caring.

The comedy might be true, but you have no idea if you think oppo fans don't love it when they lose.

Its not as is Port aside from 2004, have been going great guns since they entered the comp in 1997.
