4 at a minimum imo. I currently have 5. Had 6 most of the preseason.
3 is probably best. Two is managable, and 4 is the most typical.

And that's the issue. IF he averages 74 (his highest ever season average) until his bye, he would've only made 84k for you, whilst not giving you scores that are much of an improvement over some of the better rookies. He's also priced to average 51, not 40.Duursma hasn't been getting much attention.
Priced to average ~40 at $280k
Historically averages 70-75
Scored 86 in praccy match with 82% TOG (off 97 DT though)
Issue is him being on the park
Thoughts?

He's priced at 51, you'd want 80+ for that investment.Duursma hasn't been getting much attention.

ah thanks for picking up on that, carry on nothing to see hereHe's priced at 51, you'd want 80+ for that investment.
Remember outside players do well in PS too. Callaghan, Berman, Gulden.
Reckon there are better options for similar money.
Libba tagged before BontMacrea is IMO a lock & great value .....I'm expecting opposition Clubs to put the clamps on Bont ....opening the door for Macca
Smith was my first picked in AFL Fantasy ....but for SC his disposal really impacts his averages
Macrae’s ceiling is as big as anyone in the comp. Here are some of the scores he’s posted in the last few years.I see Macrae as a 100-120 type scorer. Consistent as f**k but won't be a legitimate Captain option like Bont will when he inevitably has a game where he kicks 3 and has 30 and gives you a 160.
Depends on what you're after really.
Except you can never predict when Bont is gonna do that. Players that aren't consistent aren't typically good week to week captain picks. The consistent 120 types are the ones you want as captains most of the time except for those games where the opposition is a shit team/favourable matchup.I see Macrae as a 100-120 type scorer. He's a solid option. Never tagged and the drop in scoring related to a 13% drop in CBAs as they squeezed 50% into Dunks last yrI just can’t see how people aren’t starting with Macrae. I get that you can’t pick every superstar, but experienced players know he’s just impossible to bring in due his combination of going on big runs and never really having a bad game. Even Oliver / Neale are more prone to dropping in price.
Bont is arguably the hardest player in the league to tag.Bont will cop attention the most. Libba and Macrae are near impossible to tag given the way they play. Macrae will still rack em up and Libba will still get his head in the trough.
Anyway, I agree on the Macrae comments. They're very valid. I'll be sticking with Bont for now however.
Macrae is a must pick IMO. Dunks gone, 5x years at 120+ before last, never gets injured, cheaper than other God tier premos, Libba / Bont to cop the tags, R15 bye. Yes please.
Anderson vs Tom Green
Talk to me.
I have both.
Tom is locked into the guts. Anderson might skirt around with Rowell and Touk as the in-and-under. If I had the flexibility to fit them both I probably would, but since its an either or I'm picking up Tom.Anderson vs Tom Green
Talk to me.
Macrae turns 29 this year I'll say he has another couple years of peak performances. Laird and Neale both turn 30 this year and both had stellar years last year especially Laird and I expect them to be around 120ppg this year too.Sure but has he peaked?
Is it matt kennedy? Those crazy left field players make for a fun rideI could have both, but I'm someone who likes a bit of a gambit, and I'm juggling a crazy left field player that could make me look a genius, or completely backfire on me (more likely the latter rather the former if I was being more logical).
The question is dropping one of Laird, Macrae, Andy Brayshaw, Anderson or Tom Green for this player, and I'm weighing up Anderson vs T.Green out of those options.
