He hasn’t signed. He has just said if his NBA career doesn’t work out then Collingwood would be his club of choice.

It’s all good to say we need to utilise the cat B rookie list, but if there isn’t any players that have potential available then there is no point having them on the list. All it will do is dilute our development resources.

Just because we weren’t linked in the article doesn’t mean we have not contacted his management. I’d say every AFL club would’ve inquired about his availability considering his AFL background and obvious athletic talent.

The Dogs got the best zone, which is essentially where our zone boundaries.

It’s the bulk of the Sudanese community around Werribee, outside of Dandenong.

The AFL are going to have to rezone it after Tassie comes in to accommodate us.

Hopefully we get a bigger zone in the Western region.

If we draft anymore one paced players we are absolutely kidding ourselves.

Every player that gets recruited this off season needs to have the ability to kick and to run.

Also if we don’t draft more Key Forward depth we are taking the piss.

What makes you so confident that Howe and Turner are gone, given they've played 11 games between the two of them six rounds in?

I'm not confident at all. But if it were my choice I'd have them out the door in a heart beat. They are both one-paced plodders who aren't suited to the modern game. Neither of them have any elite traits and neither of them are good decision makers or good with ball in hand.

Turner isn't up to it and has shown that over his last 4 seasons. He should have never been re-listed.

I think I could pick at least 100 state league players who have better skills and decision making than the bother of them.
