JOM has not been significantly better. He’s only been better stat wise because he doesn’t influence games and goes forward. Stat padding during losses.

Aish, Banfield, JOM, Ryan, Brodie, Hughes have been terrible this year. Where’s the message there?

What is Banfield’s position? It’s not a goalkicker as he hasn’t kicked one for weeks. It’s not a defensive role, when he hasn’t laid a tackle in weeks either. Can not justify him continuing to get games and leave Corbett, Sturt and Emmett.

It’s broke, fix it.

Give Corbett a few full games.

Corbett is a key forward. Don’t care about his height - that’s what he is.

We’re not playing Treacy, Amiss, Corbett and two rucks in the same side.

It was between Corbett and Treacy and they went Treacy. I personally would’ve gone Corbett but both simply cannot happen.

You arent going to get me justifying Banners inclusion haha, I have no idea why he's playing again. Will have to disagree on JOM, particularly after the first couple games he's been ok to good. Brodie has been good for a half of footy. Hopefully Ras plays his role a lot better and in two weeks Johnson can take Hughes spot

Hawks on top in the clearances is far worse and that's what will happen against Brodie, they'll target his opponent for the first handball and that guy will run it out of the stoppage.

As soon as the Dogs got on top of the clearances, it pulled the handbrake on the Hawks. That should be the focus.

Well I already threw $20 on the hawks on Tuesday at $3.10.

I think Justin Longmuir is going all out to try and win this game.

If we don't, well our next 3 so called winnable home games won't come until round 13 vs the tigers, round 15 vs Essendon and round 17 vs Carlton.

We ain't gonna win round 10 vs the cats or round 19 vs Sydney or round 21 vs Brisbane or round 23 vs port.

Might win the away derby at round 22.

JOM has been significantly better than Brodie and can play a different position, I'm as surprised as Taylor at how everyone is so shocked on Brodie going out

Only watched the game last night as I had to work last Saturday, And only plucked up the courage to watch it last night, So it is fresher in my mind than most here , And I am not surprised that Brodie was dropped , Sturt Brodie and Banfield all should have been dropped .

Agreed it’s a good side and Sturt for Banners looks odd but must come down to preference for experience, or maybe match up.

More people should be annoyed at keeping Willo out of the side. The man has not only been our best in the WAFL, he is loyal to the club and turned down offers from other clubs. I like the Treacy inclusion but it doesn't change the fact we have no selection integrity.

The guy was actually really good for us from 2018 to 2020 imo. Even in the first half of 2021 he was decent but then had a poor month.

Hasn’t been given a decent enough stretch to find his feet at AFL level again. It’s actually bloody weird tbh. He’s shown he’s good enough - he didn’t lose his ability overnight.

He’s 30 years old but I’m not he’s missed too many games with injury. If we actually played him I see no reason we couldn’t get another 2-3 years out of him. I’ve seen things change quickly in my lifetime watching AFL - he’d be a good player to have in those 2-3 years if we’re playing finals.
