On Saturday morning, I headed down to Salamanca Market to see how many more "artisanal" spirit distillers have set up shop since I was down for the Port game earlier this year (answer: too many). The temperature was probably hovering around zero. I observed a guy walking around dressed as follows:

• Trackies
• Large fleece jacket
• Scarf
• Gloves
• Furry Russian-style hat with the ear flaps down
• Thongs (no socks)

just put on a batch of ginger beer,
this is the mk3, the mk2 was great but just a little sweet, swapped out a bit of the brown sugar for more dex to dry it up a bit,
1 can brigalow, 100g sliced ginger, 650kg raw suger, 600g dex lemon rind and juice of 2 lemons
