Supermarkets in Lismore NSW were unable to get enough bread to stock shelves over Christmas cos the storms we experienced in Northern NSW and SE Queensland stopped bread production and distribution.

The insane heat and dry in spring in NSW meant the wheat crop west of Tamworth is small and early and with the late spring/summer rain some of that early wheat may be damaged. So we may have a wheat shortage because of climate change. Lucky we produce heaps of wheat I guess.
