Masters will have the “best” field but it isn’t deep. Only about 40 blokes are actual contenders. Pre-LIV, TPC had the best and deepest field, including the Majors.

I don't, but Dan Rapaport has him at #4 - which I found pretty extraordinary. But I think he relies heavily on DataGolf, which I do not think puts different weights on the timing of one's errors, ie. Xander's usual Sunday arvo mistakes.

Not good for the Big Cat to get a late/early slot. Won't be a lot of time between his post round 1 treatment finishing and his 8:24(?) Friday tee time!

Edit: Good thing about being paired with Tiger at Augusta is that it won't be as circus-like as it might have been at a USPGA/Open. The "patrons" can't run, they can't yell out as much, etc etc
