I would much rather our forwards be more selfish and ruthless with getting the job done.

Making sure the goal is kicked is more important than making your teammate feel warm and fuzzy.

I wouldn’t be. He’s a young player who should be doing everything he can to force his way into the seniors. That includes turning an 80% chance into a 100% goal. Needs to show more ruthlessness in his intent.
