We’ll see, fair chance one win might be enough. Most teams (who aren’t Sydney) would need to win out from this point to guarantee top 4 - most of them won’t.

Jokes aside, this is the best chance at an all interstate grand final since about 2006.

Not sure why Cats fans are thinking they are Vic's best chance. Did you not recall the absolute smashing you got 3 weeks ago? I would love to v Geelong in the finals

We're not a contender, but in a top 4 filled with interstate sides, any Victorian side in 1st-4th is a greater chance than those in 5th-8th. The latter probably needs to win 2 or 3 interstate finals on the trot to make it to the grand final, which is a rare occurrence.

It's true that they could play Geelong in a semi final but then there's still an interstate prelim to back up the week after.

Interestingly the Bulldogs have made similar types of runs in 2016 and 2021 - maybe it'll happen again? But calling it "likely" is another thing altogether.

I don't get bookmakers. They've made minor adjustments to Brisbane and Sydney, GWS are up to $5 from 8 I think it was. Bulldogs down from $5.5 to 7. And still they don't acknowledge Port Adelaide. Port can win close games, and they can beat the best teams.
