I don’t get the white break above the crow

It's a blank space, only white because of the backround.

I think it's just to break up the shield a bit. I actually quite like that, the office window one looks great.

I'd use the original swooping raven. There was nothing wrong with it, it should have never been taken away back in 2010.

I like the font though. It is however hard to change the front to a dark blue.

Yellow numbers on the standard jumpers need a white outline, similar to the 2001 2002 season.

Reintroduce the away jumper used from 1999-2005.

Red and yellow 2008-2009 clash jumper remains the same.

And the word EAGLES is the correct font. Same font used on the 1989-1994, 2002-2003 jumpers.

No, because those don’t scale well. For a club logo you need something that will roughly fit within a square with as little blank/white space as possible. Refer to baldandbroke post above for reference.

Then make it squarer

Agree, but I think you can get one that’s not immediately, oh wow that’s pretty ordinary, by most people.

Pardon the intrusion.

I think it’s almost there, the basic shape of the crow is fine. They’ve just butchered the area around the wing trying to integrate the red and yellow.

This is a crude edit but I think it looks miles better with the wing simplified like this.

Yep, it’s like art/music etc. not everyone will like everything, but you still need enough people to like it to be considered remotely successful.

I’m a shit singer, I can’t produce a song, have everyone hate it then just go “well, can’t please everyone” and pretend I’ve done a good job.

I like the original, but it is dated and needed a refresh.

I really like the one with the crow in a shield that is the state outline that’s floating around (might have even been designed by someone on here).
