Sharp to join up the dots with Dees.

The Demons have signed Sharp and picked up a future third-round pick from the Lions, who have received pick 49 in this year's draft as well as a future third-round pick, which is tied to Essendon.

It's a sim game but all I had been expecting of him was to break the distance run in a game record every time he plays. Looked like he knows where to be.

Sharp actually looked half decent on the wing during pre-season and it actually allowed him to utilise his one major asset, but in the season he hasn't played there at all.

I'm so baffled by what we're actually trying to do. All the players got moved around to different positions in the practice matches with Langdon on ball, Lindsay at Half back, Sharp on the wing, Rivers in the middle and now that the season is underway none of them are actually playing those positions.

I think that 4 goal game (or whatever it was) in the practice match vs North has them thinking hes something he isnt. Either way he looks nothing more than yet another VFLer right now.

I'm going to hold off on roasting the bloke as he's playing in a very dysfunctional forward system.

I don't think he'll ever be a star but he seems to have decent finishing skills and is an elite runner.

We should be getting him running back to goal and using his strengths - but he will probably be running around chasing tail and trying to cover for the 4 talls up forward.
