The only thing that concerns me is his highlight package looks like a young & all the articles are placing him to be the next Dusty. Hard act to follow & will get annoying fast if he doesn't hit the ground running. I have a slight concern that we could look back & feel we picked too heavily on the "Dusty Rememberries ". Dusty averaged 21 touches a game in u18
s, not 11.



In saying all that, his highlight package showed a player who can lead & fight. His ceiling is a much needed identity to this team, which we desperately need. If there is a "Dusty Clone" in the draft then it makes a hell of a lot of sense for him to go #1.

Endurance is a weakness of his, however in champs he was predominantly forward and was also underdone. With a stacked vic country side not everyone is getting big numbers

He would have a fully paid off scholarship mate. The APS schools have serious budgets in terms of footy scholarships. Why do you think all the high picks go to APS schools?

He's 188cm. So, a unit.
J Horne Frank is 185 & looked at home, day 1.
Having said that ~ ease the boy into it.

Can kick a goal too. MUCH needed skill at punt road.

Every kid picked last night would of gone to schools with similar Price tags

80% of them on sports scholarships as essentially advertising for the schools

A lot of them have ex afl players/ coaches running the school football programs

My immediate thought as well! Feck the youngster is a huge size...dwarfed both Cotch and Tim Watson.
Watson was a barrel chested mover...if Lalor is half as good we have a good 'un here peoples!
Canna get over how much he reminds me of a youngish Dusty...just a tad heavier!
