Both Sara and Grace have what you want in AFLW recruits which is speed/evasiveness and footy IQ. So hopefully they can aid the likes of Parker, Goldsworthy, Evans, and Srhoj in turning the club around.Jokes aside, and admittedly I don't have as big a grasp on the AFLW draftees as I do the guys (and that's limited anyway), but Sarah and Grace seem good options. We want to play and run and carry style, to which both of those players seem well suited. Sarah is assessed as complementing our inside mids primarily in Alyce Parker and Bec Beeson, and hopefully she and Kaitlyn Srhoj can form a partnership to help that part of our game. Grace appears to be more of a utility, so a good option who can be thrown into any of the three lines to both attack and defend. Potentially added firepower in midfield, or in defence.
And kicking skills? Both Sara and Grace have what you want in AFLW recruits which is speed/evasiveness and footy IQ. So hopefully they can aid the likes of Parker, Goldsworthy, Evans, and Srhoj in turning the club around.
