I think they can on certain grounds, but I don't think they would for him to participate in a draft game.

We can reverse bans in our jurisdiction, so me and Drugs are Adelaide board mods, we could reverse an infraction that occurs on the Adelaide board

Outside of that it would be up to the mod of that board or a higher up, eg supermod, to intervene.

This appears to be a ban on another board

Seems poor 1990crow copped an infraction for something he posted on another board, then got pinged for something he messaged to the mod who banned him. Double whammy and means a week off
