We see less than 5% of the communications between player and coach, I think there would be a lot more noise coming from the club if the younger guys were all unhappy.

Are there any reports , speculative or otherwise, about the leadership group this year? Last year's 26-man leadership squad (okay, okay, 7 or 8 ) was a pretty embarrassing look, I'm hoping it's trimmed down to 4. Any ideas or thoughts on who we'd like to see?

Anybody want to comment on this? I mean, I see Dawson as proven Skipper, and Keays as an excellent choice vice captain, but phasing out of Smithers and the form of some others leaves a hole. Do we just add ANB and call it a day? Drop RO'B, Laird (who is not leadership material IMO, despite being a gun for 6 of the last 7 years), Murphy, Milera and Hinge off the list?

The problem with Keane is this habit of his overdoing the aggression after the incident has and will result in goals against us given the position he plays, it's one thing to be hard at it but he has shown an inclination to many times to want to go on with it...needs to temper it or else it will be costly.
