Bunch of young kids playing in 34degrees against a more experienced team that also had extra players. I'm surprised we didn't get run off our feet in the last period. There was no way we'd play fast in those conditions imo.

It was the game we played that was the lowlight. So slow and monotonous. Terrible ball movement and completely risk averse.

Just a horrible brand of football to watch. Considering we'll get belted alot this year, would be at least nice to play some attractive football.

Thought Fawcett was ok, got to contests and competed. Will get better. Sims too despite the butter fingers.

Both better than the gimps we usually pick as tall forwards. 200+ uncompetitive small forwards were our usual type.

Gray was the best of the 4 but seemed better way up the ground.

Bauer sucked big time.

I liked sim’s competitiveness. He will be a player. Put some size on him and let him get physical. He’s a keeper.

Watched the first and third terms , did he get a touch , was hard to see in the small font on screen

I watched terms 1/3 There were several entries we made nothing of most , when no name defenders read it like a book and our forwards are stumbling over a pack like they’ve been thrown from a nightclub, it’s a reach to blame the poor bastard constantly getting it in there . Lynch and a few others back will help as we were smashed in contested ball

Hey guys some good new spoke to him after the game said his jaw was a little sore and his neck but was okay he passed concussion questions
Said he was pushed under his armpit mid step and that shot him forward into Brock
Brock turned sideways to take the mark and his hip got him in in the neck and jaw
But the club will take a conservative approach and he wont play next week
Was with a Richmond supporter near there bus and she just wanted to know if he would play round 1 and he said he thinks he will

Yeah very athletic, more mobile than i remember. moves like a midfielder more than a kpf. can clunk them too. will slay it in the vfl when he goes back.

He should be in the seniors , who the hell plays ahead of him
