I think what actually stands out the most here aside from the clear defence height issues, is fitness. We look no where near it running wise.

I reckon it's probably effort to be honest. Another prelim loss in the way they did lose. I wouldnt be surprised if "its too hard i cant do this all again from the beginning" has crept in.
