Assume he’s not fit enough to run a game out right now otherwise I assume he would’ve been out there tonight. You’re right though, once he’s fit I think we have a look at him in that role.

Considering Hippy just came back, Smith and Gallop have had interrupted preseasons and we lost Joe most importantly it will take a while to find some groove.
We also did start the first five games last year with the worst inside fifty efficiency in the comp. Valid concerns but not something the team hasn’t worked through before thankfully.

Day is an awful player. I’ve watched almost every game he’s played. Just doesn’t have “it”. Big bloke but doesn’t have talent.
Gallop is young but hasn’t got much of it. I’m worried about our tall forwards. Was hoping Smith got a run - any news on him?

Oscar seems to at least worry defenders when playing forward. Maybe a more even ruck split with smith if smith can get into the team.
