It does seem like a broken record. Lots of effort but no result as we watch the opposition kick away.

It is VERY early but I'm scared Goody hasn't actually learned still - this looks like last year when we'd deliberately chip it around a bit more so we didn't mindlessly bomb it, but we refused to take any risky kicks or try and run the ball by hand so we just lost by a couple goals less. I can cop turnovers if we're actually trying to take the game on through the middle, not this shit sideways stuff.

Goalkicking frustrating but looks pretty bloody windy out there, Freo have been inaccurate too but they've just been on top since 10 min into the first quarter.

Couldn't care less about goals or the score. It's the style that worries me the most so far today.
