If he can kick the pill a bit more it would definitely help his scoring. With Bont now out, he might be used more in general play rather than just for his clearance work. I reckon he's a chance for a 90 average and represents good value. The big worry is he's second year player who are notorious for being flop picks..
I'd also be worried he didn't crack 80 in a win with all there mids out. Richards may be back round 1 which you would think will lower his cbas again.
Pass for me.
Bont played like 5 minutes in the game on the weekend. Even without bont and down a rotation he scored 79.If he can kick the pill a bit more it would definitely help his scoring. Agree... but they will now reassess and certainly change things up and surely Sanders has a bigger role to play.Bont played like 5 minutes in the game on the weekend. Even without bont and down a rotation he scored 79.
Risky pick imo

Yeah I've got him in my team. Pretty happy to take him if nothing else I like bobs up. I don't think he's as bad a pick as some are making out. Would bite your hand off for a 75 average though. Main thing is, he'll play every week and avoid the vest.I had spp for a short time today.
He'd be my pick in that price range.
I think he goes 70 or 75 easy
SPP could be a sub out candidate though.Yeah I've got him in my team. Pretty happy to take him if nothing else I like bobs up. I don't think he's as bad a pick as some are making out. Would bite your hand off for a 75 average though. Main thing is, he'll play every week and avoid the vest.
You know more than me being a Port supporter! He did have 82% TOG against the Saints which is decent.SPP could be a sub out candidate though.
Port will ease him back into it after his ACL.
Not sure anyone knows how permanent it is. He played there because bzt and esava are injured.I may as well ask here since I have just over $100k burning a hole in my pocket to use on D5 or F5 without rejigging too much, and may as well cover the angle on Finlayson. What sort of role was he playing in defence to amass 29 disposals and 13 marks? Experimental for the night or a permanent shift back? What's the low down there?
Fair do's. And Port were playing Saints as well who didn't have much up front on the night. Would've looked easy for him. 7 intercept marks and 400m gain. Not bad.Not sure anyone knows how permanent it is. He played there because bzt and esava are injured.
But on the flipside they are both massive spuds so if he performs it won't be hard for him to keep them out.
Me…. But thought he’d be cheaperAnybody thought about Sonsie?
His record is pretty crap hey. Thought his game the other night was pretty good though and for $214k may be worth a go. Since found out he wasn't given any cbas so maybe he has to bide his time.Me…. But thought he’d be cheaper
I liked his role, players were looking for him as distributor, took about half the kickins.Fair do's. And Port were playing Saints as well who didn't have much up front on the night. Would've looked easy for him. 7 intercept marks and 400m gain. Not bad.
Edit: I suppose if push comes to shove I could probably just try to find another $30k and choose between Sanders/Parker.
Is favoured by the Club ....most supporters were surprised he was picked to play v BRISWaynesWorld19 Lukey Pedlar currently sits at F7. Good JS. I’m bullish that with a 55-60 avg he can make $100-150k. A spike game with a few snags would be handy.
The premier midfielder! Come joinIs favoured by the Club ....most supporters were surprised he was picked to play v BRIS
I haven't considered him at his price ...but I can see a scenario where he outscores Curtin

Couple of these in round one would be nice Hugo.
All of the Saints were putrid and he stilled scored 70 in a thrashing.Hugo A Go-Go... hmmm, not sure. Wasn't great against Port.

Scored a fair chunk of that 70 in the last quarter when Port took their foot off the pedal and gave their second-stringers a run.All of the Saints were putrid and he stilled scored 70 in a thrashing.
Fair point, but you can also say he only had 3 tackles, which is much lower than his average, so I expect a lot more +4's in the real thing. Each to their own, that's what makes SC great!Scored a fair chunk of that 70 in the last quarter when Port gave their second-stringers a run.
