Only question mark from this weekend, is that enough from Leake?

Trainer at D7 and toss up of Allen D8 and Leake/Boxshall UTL, or Trainer D7, Leake D8 and Kako UTL

Starting Callaghan * it

$ saved from Clark allows worst rook to be upgraded to someone decent (not sure who at this stage). Could end up being a best 18 score and might offset the points loss in round 2

Callaghan had a kick:handball ratio of 13:20. Also seems to be on the outside to receive, so doesn't get many tackles. He looked good when he got it though.

Sam Taylor might be worth a 1 week gamble to wait and see what SDK and Freijah do.

Reckon he’s safe to go 100 priced at 75 and could surprise with more. Looks great got big fomo

Yeah he was hovering in the high 90s, dominating but not scoring.

Yeah can’t go wrong picking either or, I reckon he may be a better SC player

Although he could be the better pick like you said considering he may not be the main tag target

I said earlier I can see 100 avg. The bye is very annoying though

BOG and scored 110 including 2 goals. Tom Green due back very soon too

Yep

Too scared he could drop a 30 or I have other must trades after R1 and he ends up staying in my side.

Yeah definitely a better SC pick IMO, he was hanging around the 80s a lot Fantasy wise even though he was dominating the game

Leake would have been ok if he was solid best 22 and he could be slow burn but I think he's gone soon.

Definitely running with Taylor at D5 now. Gives me a week to see what SDK does (or see any other cheap defender pop up).

Also using the fantasy price projector, even with a poor 50 score next week he goes up almost 100k with the double price movement. Banking solid cash early is very important in the long run.

Bold move. 100k but still almost a certain trade that could cause issues if you also have to deal with injuries.

He's played 7 years and never gone above a 60ish avg

But I'd also be pretty annoyed if I didn't have him and he has another decent game (70+) and goes up 150k+

With that amount of cash you can get an extra premo on the field by the end of the early byes before anyone else.

Protected by best 18 for rounds 2-4, so just need to get through that first round. And it's literally a one weeker (GWS have the bye in round 2) so he will go straight out the very next week. Best cash you'll make all year.
