I know nothing about the new players but some great names there:

• Cody Bramble - Lachie's younger brother or the love child of Lachie and Weightman?
• Riely Collins - yes! another for the Riley, Rhylee, Ryley etc collection, but how do you pronounce it - Really or Rhylee?
• Bailey Medwell - needed to top up our Bailey collection after the departure of you-know-who

On a more serious note: what do we know about Fred Valpied? Most of the others are from the west/northwest of Melbourne or are at least from Vic. But Fred is listed as Palm Beach-Currumbin. Has he got good form there? Is he Qld born and bred? Or is he a local boy just wanting to come home?

Sorry to see Josh Chatfield go but he was given a decent chance. I wish him well at Deer Park.

Missed out on the 2024 draft. Big bodied inside mid who loves to tackle.

Looking forward to Kardachi getting a run.

Kardachi was pretty unlucky not to get drafted.

Leading tackler in the CTL, 2nd for total kicks (behind Lachie Jaques).

Finished 10th in the Morrish Medal, equal with Harvey Langford, just behind the likes of Kako and Travaglia.

Has good traits for our list (productive, hard tackling mid) and a local boy.

Definitely one to watch for the mid season draft.

VitalDread or others in the know, how do we fare for incomings vs outgoings?

Are ins are much better than our outs
Esp after watching the only VFL team on the weekend

We are looking to be quicker with our ball movement with the new signings

The only major concern is that we do lack KPP depth for VFL

Though someone like Omar Abou-Eid (200cm) and Connor Smith (201cm) could develop into that roles
