I miss the old school too, but it's a different game nowadays in all facets. Plenty of time to celebrate after the season - 17 other clubs are back training hard.

I thought he was better, but I didn't see that domination everyone else did. I'm sure I am wrong. Could you guys please explain what you're looking at to make those statements, because I feel like I missed it.

All of our picks come from the fact that we've been unbelievably awful for at least half a decade. We got our draft picks from being at or near the very bottom of the ladder, or from free agents leaving. We have been 'given' nothing.

It was actually a great battle, I was loving it. They got in a few strength tests as well.

I wouldn't say that Xerri dominated Gawn, but he did beat him and cut his influence. Gawn is so important for Melbourne, that's a BOG performance right there. Xerri also runs all day. He will be hard to stop.
