Unironically reckon Pink was stiff.

Bit jaded on Logue. He generally plays 1 of 2 types of game:

The one's where he's coming back from injury

The one's where he gets injured

He trades off the value of his peak potential rather than any kind of form he ever builds up.

Wish him well but reckon it's a bit harsh he plays a half and waltzes straight back in over Toby.

When I saw "late change" I thought there might be a third type of game...gets picked, doesn't play...

Whitlock and Hardeman are two pretty inspiring inclusions into the back line this week.

We'll miss FOS for sure, but that's another two talented, young players into the team and further reason to turn up and watch our team win on Saturday night.

I think Whitlock in makes even more sense now. FOS isn't lightning fast and has been somewhat of a play maker off HB. I think Whitlock comes in with similar hopes and now Hardeman a little more run and smaller package. Going to be really interesting this week, need our midfield to put their foot on the throat early and give the forwards a chance to trouble Sydney.

The biggest concern is all 3 Ins are down back, and so getting them to gel and compliment each other is a big ask. What would be great to assist the back line is the following:

1. Logue plays a full game and is not injured.
2. Hardemann and Whitlock don’t get a bad case of stage fright.
3. Our Wingers and Midfields use their reverse gears aggressively as they do their forward gears.
4. Daniel eliminates the clangers/turnovers as the mids/forwards provide space and targets.
5. LMac plays another game like last week.
6. No over the back cheapies for the opposition as they have cracked through our zone.
