Hi all,
A few weeks back I signalled my intentions with the committee to cut short my intended current admin run and announce the search for a successor due to a change in personal circumstances that has seen me unable to offer the commitment and care this role requires and with such a big milestone season coming up it would have been a disservice for you all for me to continue. By bringing this up quietly with the leagues leaders I wanted to give this information some time to percolate within our leadership groups and give potential applicants as much time as possible to make the right decision to nominate themselves, as well as give the league enough time to transition smoothly with the incumbent and myself able to work hand in hand across the final month or so of the season.
Well, it's now business time and I would like to now open up my PM's for any of you that wish to take on this esteemed role of Sweet FA Administrator. I am open to any line of questioning to assist you in presenting your best case and can promise an easy and carefully thought out process to ease our next admin into the hot seat. This is not to be treated as a campaign, there is prestige to this role however it is often thankless (that's right Filthy, sell it, sell it) so anybody shortlisted to present their credentials will do so in a fair and kind manner. This is a volunteer role that will work best with those that love and respect the league and also have the respect of their peers, you will be treated accordingly during the entire process.
Ideally I will have nominations closed by Good Friday and an aim to have an admin learning the ropes within two weeks of this taking place.
