Tbh Carlton is full of plodders, thats why they're winlessDoes Carlton have any small, slow plodders we can put Duggan on?
Interesting that Davis was retained.
Very much a pop gun midfield.
Hunt plays better in the backline than on a wing so that is good.
Owies very lucky, his output has been ordinary to say the least.
Needs to sort out his disposal, also moved into the midfield at WAFL level so I think they want him to develop there and better to do that at WAFL level for now.Whats going on with Bo? Thought with Cole out he would be a natural pick. Or would love to see Grego in.

Hutchinson for Kelly is a huge call that sits right on the brave/stupid line. Hutch hasn’t played since R1 when he did his hammy so that in itself is a big call. Dropping Kelly for him whilst retaining Davis is putting a lot of faith in the kid but ultimately McQualter should be applauded for making a senior player accountable
I look at Carltons backline and well it is tall itself so maybe it wont hurt us too much this weekHaven’t really read this thread this week. Or any others for that matter
Tall defender (Edwards) replacing small defender (Cole) makes sense especially with McKay returning for Carlton. Cole the worst performed small back makes way
Ryan in for Brockman is an upgrade
As is Waterman for Long although I fear that leaves us one tall forward too many. Seems unlikely Allen goes back since Edwards has returned meaning our forward line has all of J Will, Reid, Allen and Waterman running through there.

Hard to see us winning with such a young group but prioritising effort sets a standard that hopefully repays McQualter down the track
If we still get flogged what are the "credits crew" whingers going to complain about next?

I don't think anyone thinks that dropping those players is a magic wand. We'll still get flogged. If we still get flogged what are the "credits crew" whingers going to complain about next?

if we get flogged, but the youngsters step up, I doubt the normal people who want to see progress will be bothered. If we still get flogged what are the "credits crew" whingers going to complain about next?
