Out: McKay (Concussion), Kemp (Ankle/Achilles)
In: Pittonet, Acres

Haynes Weitering Carroll
Saad Silvagni McGovern
O Hollands Cripps Walsh
Cottrell Curnow Docherty
Durdin De Koning Motlop
Pittonet Hewett Cerra

Williams Acres White Fogarty Lord

I hope they just call probation and bring Hollands in for Kemp. Pittonet if fit (not convinced he is match fit) for McKay and if Acres is right, they’ll probably drop Lord which will be stiff but I think White should make way.

Would love to see all of Lord, White and Carroll keep their spot

Motlop did well during his midfield minutes today and I’d be happy to see more of it

At this stage if I was in charge
Out: McKay and Kemp
In: E. Hollands and O’Keeffe

I'd love to see O'Keeffe come in. Him and TDK are genuine ruck/forwards so can switch over seamlessly.

Options up forward;
TDK, Acres, Cripps, Lemmey, McGovern, JSOS, Young (prob more obv for H).
Would like to push CC more out to CHF.

Maybe big, bad bustling Corey Durdin out the goal square.

Good to see Walter get on the scoreboard. Having some moments and set up some scores as well.

Out Harry, Kemp
In Pitto/Young, Acres

Part of me wants Pitto to go up against Xerri, but Young offers more flexibility

I'd like Elijah and Boyd in if fit, as we need the extra forward, and footskills, but who makes way

Really don't like Lord as a HF, Just doesn't suit him, but not pushing out our 4 main mids

Ollie also on the cusp

Couple of others that could make way

I'd be taking a big look at Boyd/Elijah. Ball use they bring is important.

Out:
  • Kemp - Season, unfortunately. Looked very achilles.
  • McKay - 1 week (c)

In:
  • Acres is best 22 every day
  • Back up ruck

I dont want to take Jack from defence as cover. He's having sucha good year, very proud o fhim.

How good was Saad playing more wing / mid given Carroll? And Motlop around packs (his 'tackles received' count is too high, he should knock it on) because White / Durdin are credible threats

Young for McKay for me.

He's done all that's been asked as a 4th choice forward

Oh undoubtedly, he's done far more than Lemmey and deserves a spot ahead of him, also has a far more mature and bigger body than Lemmey which will be needed as he will have to go in the ruck against Xerri.

This is the chance to have another win. North are similar in quality to WCE, they may be slightly better but they really are rubbish. Another win, build percentage, try and get back up the ladder.

Docherty Silvagni McGovern
Saad Weitering Acres
Walsh Cripps Hollands
White DeKoning Cottrell
Durdin Curnow Williams
Pittonet Cerra Hewett
Haynes Carroll Motlop Lord
Fogarty

Would be thinking of sending McGovern forward at times. When Pittonet or DeKoning are off the ground.
Motlop to play in the middle at times again. Motlop playing more in the middle is something that could turn us around.
Acres to play half back and wing rotating with Hollands.
Walsh to play wing and half forward, changing with Cottrell.
DeKoning slips into McKay's role as forward ruck.
Lord to play forward and in the middle.

Our rotations were better this week, but I want to see the main mids rested more.

Run and carry needs to keep improving.

We need to tidy up the skills. Ball handling and kicking need to be the main focus with our training.

So rotation wise, sometimes our lines will look like this. No this exact team wont be fielded, just some of the changes to make more sense.

Carroll Silvagni Haynes
Saad Weitering Hollands
Cottrell Cripps Acres
White Curnow Walsh
Durdin McGovern Williams
DeKoning Motlop Lord
Pittonet Cerra Hewett Docherty
Fogarty
