Carlton's problem is mainly around ball movement, which (deliberately or not) is designed to be safe and to protect turnovers in key areas. As a result, despite their dominant work around the contest hasn't resulted in high scoring, and in the second halves of games they have been over run by a more attacking opposition. As David King has correctly picked up, Carlon is one handball short from getting it out in the open, instead just kicking it long under pressure most of the time.

We are the opposite of that, as we are the one handball too many side.

I feel we need to at least match them around the contest, preferably for four quarters. If we do that, I would think we will outscore them, as our ball movement, as bad as it is, has been better than Carlton's.

wardlaw and Philips ideally come in and share a role with as sub.

Outside of that we could swap 5-6 players with like for like talent but in the end it’s the system and structure that matters most

The purple guernsey is always pretty basic looking. I wish they would produce something visually appealing as it would probably sell better as well. Last few years have been MS paint quality.

I never said he won't play. I just said that Harry said to Dwayne Russell something like "would be great to have George in the side in the next week or two." So I read between the lines. But it could have been just a throwaway line or a bluff

There's a reason why we are negative:

• We won't keep the ball away from Weitering. Our gameplan is dump kicking the footy i50.
• Our midfield sucks. We get battered in there by any semblance of quality/physicality and don't run both ways. 2x Brownlow Winner Cripps will have us on toast.
• We are even slower and more unfit than Carlton.

Carlton by 35.

If we could retain possession we wouldn't look slow at all, but it never happens. There are going to have to be some decisions made and some may not be popular.
