Decent changes I guess.

Curtin to a wing to rebalance our forward line.

More forward pressure is needed this week. We let Geelong run out all the way to the wing with zero pressure.

Berry to sub.

Rob out next week if he dishes up more of the same.
Maybe Draper and Taylor play forward and Nank sub, Curtin wing but I reckon that’s the most unlikely

I reckon Nank will play wing

Curtin mainly forward and some wing

Second half may be different however
We usually play mostly 3 wingmen... who will be Cumming, Curtin & Nankervis.

With Berry likely to come on as sub, may move one of the other midfielder to a wing like last week & Curtin up forward... but depends who is subbed off.

What about forward role with 70% TOG ?

Feels like his electric speed could be a weapon up there around the talls especially when kept fresh
He had that role last week.

Struggled a bit, gassed.

Maybe the longer break will be a difference.

Expect Draper may be the player subbed off or on.

I'm happy to see Sholl out but, geez, :poov1: Nicks is slow to respond to underperformance
AND
we gotta wait for at least another dud game from RoB :grimacing: before he is dropped.

Berry IN surprised me. Has he been tearing it up in the SANFL?

Not terrible changes, but what is super annoying and Nick's biggest issues is he's such a slow learner.

How many times must we see Sholl to realise that he can't play under pressure and in big games. It's like Nick's forgets this at the beginning of each season only for the same scenario to play out.

You could say the same about ROB.

Calling Nicks "a slow learner" is an insult to slow learners. :sneaky:

Apparently, MANY times.
Cannot stick a tackle.
Gets brushed off the ball when contending, rag-dolled when caught.
Disappears when the pressure is on.

I wish it was only "forgets". It's bloody-minded stubbornness.
Nicks believes that Sholl, and Milera, and ROB are best-23, regardless of actual performance, based on how they used to play and/or how they train.
It's killing us.
You could say the same about ROB.
Yep, sadly.

Don't hate it. ROB probably on his last chance I'd say.
Bit of inside info but I have heard Rob is...

Might need to nurse Crouch through as hes been on low game time😟
