Watched the whole game. Have to say did not notice D Rioli at all during the game. Was surprised to see he was playing at all.

I haven't watched any Suns games this year (except tonight) so don't know if he still has that dash coming out of half back like he had at Richmond. Must have lost his mojo going to the Suns.

I wonder whether it's something to do with adjusting to playing under lights with his marking. We train in daylight and VFL is all played during the day, can be hard to make the adjustment. Maybe he needs goggles!

Ryan in the 4th nearly lost us the game, he cant catch a cold in a blizzard. he is absolutely useless in the AFL. probably struggle in the WAFL.

I'd love to see us come from the high of a win and follow it up with a second in a row at some point in the season. Also, McIntosh did some brilliant things. Was he playing wing more than midfield?

One lowlight for me was Ross. Worked into the game late, but he was one of the only players constantly stifling our ball movement by always looking to dispose of the ball backwards and sideways. There is a time and a place for it, but he does it way too much.

Needs to go back to Round 1 level and take the game on more. He can’t afford to move the ball so conservatively if he wants a long-term spot in our side.

biggest improvement came from his tackling tonight actually nailing tackles will keep him in the team. have been critical of him just chasing arse all game and not actually laying a finger on anyone but tonight he stepped up and smashed blokes.

its not just his lack of marking, he does next to nothing beyond the tap. saw him go after it a few times at ground level late in the game which was better but generally he just competes in the ruck and then might aswell pull a deckchair out till the next bounce.
