The problem we have is our VFL team is playing one game in a month during a massive form slump across our entire AFL team. There is no form line really to justify bringing in any players from the VFL

What an absolutely ridiculous situation that the VFL fixture is out of kilter with the AFL! How the heck can there be weekends where teams aren't playing matches? You'd actually think that with extra teams there are opportunities to play more rounds, perhaps starting the VFL season earlier to accommodate additional rounds. It would also be useful for VFL teams who've missed finals, but who's AFL affiliates are playing finals to be able to arrange scratch matches if any opposition are willing to front up against them.

Went alright for mine. Certainly put in a better shift than a handful of his more senior mates.

I disagree. He's clearly invested, playing about 60 something % And if other blokes in the VFL don't offer similar work effort, then he keeps his spot. Imo

Another who lacks complete composure when the pace and pressure ramps up. WTAF are we doing at training. No way we train with intensity. We fumble and f*ck around trying to grab the ball.

North needs to desperately ramp up our intensity at training. Our skills on game day are appalling.
