The Bo Allan high hit on Viney looked like a high contact free and the 50m but do the tv replays make it a clear cut suspension that most in this thread are suggesting with their changes?

I think most people are just jumping to the conclusions based on the worst possible outcome that the AFL could give out coz that's basically what we expect. Faux tough-guy writhing on the ground didn't help, however it was sloppy by Bo at the very least and I think he'll get a week just for the sake of it.

Not kick the ball directly to the opposition, or handball blindly directly to the opposition.
Getting lots of ball but needs to be more composed with it.

You're trying to minimize the issues not make more of them.

I suspect Hall for Kelly will probably happen but it's not going to be the fix everyone wants it to be.
Hall needs time in the WAFL to get to a point where he can take the extra second to deliver properly rather than turn it over more often than not.

Then he can come into the AFL side and be a bit more composed at the level.

Though part of me thinks it’s a pity that he didn’t make it worthwhile and really get Viney with a swinging arm to knock him out fully as payback for the cheap shot he got Bunga with back at Subiaco Oval and didn’t even get cited for at the time.

Agree with the above... Gross and Grego look so clean with the ball... They just give themselves time with their ball skills and awareness.

Whereas Hall is fumbling and putting himself under pressure most of the time... And handballing to peoples Feet... looks pretty much like all the first team mids

I thought although it was a bit of a hospital pass by Jilliams... Bo looked and didn't put his body on the line to go for the mark... Instead choosing to poleaxe Viney...

First game and a poor decision... However I think it'll just be a fine.

I actually think he did ok in the first half... Gave us a bit of drive

I think Kelly has too stay as the decoy midfielder who wears the tag ..

They don't tag him though, they tag Harley because Kelly has 0 hurt factor.

If he had an ounce of pride/testicular fortitude he'd be insulted by that fact and start torching teams but he just goes through the motions collecting a very unearned paycheck.

And let's say he has a poor 50 percent disposal efficiency. I'm guessing he gets that in the wafl.

He has a net 10 effective disposals which is double Kelly's.

Add to that that the opposition isn't getting the ball that he is 10 times more than Kelly.

Add to that hall actually gives a ****.

Add to that he would bring others into the game as he isn't a seagull waiting for someone to get it for him.

Add to that that he may just get some confidence and get better

And on top of it all we are getting rebuild out of it instead of going absolutely nowhere except backwards playing Kelly.
