It sounds silly but after a month, a lot of the damage is already done. It’s a long way back from 1-3.

You generally need 11-12 wins to play finals in an even division, which means they already need to win at least 10 games from the remaining 14 just to play finals.

It’s of course very possible to go on a run, but they look nowhere near it.

In that division with a top 5 being so close that 5th spot could sneak in with 9-9 and a good % already set up for a great last 5-6 rounds for the fringe!!! And also the relegation battle will be very close to every team already has a win and you’d expect Waverley to hit form at some point as well
