Who will win Premiership first

Of the three teams to have not won a premiership, who will win one first? I don't think it will be Freo unfortunately. My money is on Gold Coast, based on their rising confidence away from home, and Hardwick's knowledge of how to win one. GWS also a chance. We are a distant third I think. Don't even want to think about the Devils winning it before us.

A friend of mine said the same when we lost 2013 (and eagles were average). I laughed at the time

Can't see West Coast for a few years, they have to develop those youngsters. It's hard work, look at Freo.
We have to bring in more top end talent, the Johnson's and Erasmus aren't going to be stars, they are depth or role players.

Tasmania is a good chance to win one. New clubs are a decent chance to win it, in the first 10 years.

GC is building nicely, plus they get another 3 or 4 academy players this year.

I don't think GWS will win one, especially if they can't sneak one the next 2 years.

All 3 not too dissimilar chances, albeit Freo probably won’t play finals this year and Giants and Suns may well do so. So I’d say 66.6% chance we aren’t the first to win a flag if this group.

That said, GC are prone to falling apart, so let’s see where they sit at the end of the year. They lost to Richmond and have had a very good draw.

GWS had a weird form slump like we are, including some bad losses.

I wouldn’t put money on any of us for a flag this year, and after that is too difficult to call.
