Queanbeyan did outplay Belconnen, i will agree with you on that one but the 2's was crap. Do you actually think that deliberate OOB was actually deliberate? Or how bout the ball that was OOB on the full that was not called and was clearly a meter out. Tuggers did want it more but it doesn't help a side when you get pathetic calls like those ones.

Agree that those calls were wrong, BUT the 15 or so wrong calls in the first 3/4 against tuggers meant you should have put them away long before the last, but ohhhhhhhhhhhh no you might have thought about the possibility of playing next week and forgot to win it, this week.
Tuggers never gave up and 3 ordinary decisions dont make the differnce, your inability to put them away was. Dont blame an umpire for your lack of ...............(insert whichever word you wont)

You guys came out to play and the support base from Tiger fans was very good. I hate to say it, BUT I hope the flag goes to a local club and will hang my head and barreck for you pricks next Sunday.

"Pup Taylor" often refers to them as the team/ club we had to model ourselves on to be successful. - and it worked. They will not win next week but if they do hats off to them, coming from 6th to Premiers would be unbelievable. But i am sure they we let us know all about it - they have so far !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Love reading posts from passionate followers, from both Belco and Qbn. I know its easier to put it out there when your team is successful, but I cant believe that anyone from Ainslie, Eastlake, Tuggers is prepared to stand up and take it. The Queanbeyan boys have taken it all year (and rightly so), but now the shoe is on the other foot and suddenly Belco boys have jumped on and are hoping we beat the swans.

Possible, but will need all players on fire and a bit of luck along the way.

Easy to be disliked (hated) when you are successful.

I loved being hated.

Good to see a few of you Belco boys are man enough to get back on this site after the amount of crap that you have been speaking about in the last couple of weeks. It is also good to see that you also recognise that Queanbeyan were far superior as well.

How good were Queanbeyan on Saturday!! I must admit that I think Belconnen are a much better side then what showed up on Saturday but I also believe that QBN didn't let them play anywhere near how Belco are capable of Playing.

I'm sure I read a post earlier on that stated that Jaques and Dickinson have no mongrel...well for guys who have no mongrel they really taught Belco a lesson.

Hats off to not only Armstrong and his side for winning and winning so easily but also the whole QBN footy club who surely have set the new bench mark as far as amount of sides in the GF. They are obviously doing something right!

Should probably go a little easy on these Belco Boys...after all they don't have James Kavanagh. He is a freak and I believe he easily played a hand in 12 goals and if he wasn't playing things could have been a lot closer.

Still have to say though that Belconnen surprised me with just how bad they were...they are a much better team then that and wouldn't be used to bing humaliated like that either.

As an old wagga tiger who played in most of the years we were in ACTFL I can safely say on most occassions we played quenbeyan or belco the boys on both of those teams were ok to play against... None of them got too carried away with themselves while most of time dishing out floggings to us. Games other than playing the poor old tigers proabably had a bit more stick to them i'd imagine!!!

Agree that Kavanaugh is a freakshow - or "KAV-SAV" as we used to call him... We actually made a tongue and cheek video hanging shit on a few of our players with one segment featuring one of us dressed as kav sav kicking 10-12 on our fullback.... the first couple of goals were just ur stock standard lead-grab-goal then the others got a bit ridiculous with borks and the footy up the jumper (where is it trick) etc etc.... Top bloke tho KAV - was the fist to come up and say "enjoy it boys" when we actually happened to beat ainlsie once there at home

I was involved with the club as a player the year before, I did have some knowledge of what was going on at the club back then!
