Andrew Hastie-Tim Wilson joint ticket, and Wilson can tell everyone he's ambitious for Andrew Hastie.

I can’t have that… are you aware of Dan Tehan? The ALP are having a real laugh over this. I live in Ley's electorate, and she is the most ineffective fool of a politician. Completely self-serving and disappears when any trouble emerges. A few years back, after she misused public money and had to step down from the cabinet, she was going to be dropped from pre-selection. She copied the Kelly strategy and started a private bill about the treatment of sheep. This was to embarrass the LNP. The bill was dropped when they allowed her back in. BTW her primary vote had an 8.7% swing against her.

Ley off to a big anti-Palestinian racist start and some trumped up anti-semitism propaganda.
If i could have bet on her walking back her support for the Palestine people and statehood i would have put the house on it.Ley off to a big anti-Palestinian racist start and some trumped up anti-semitism propaganda.
I read that - what the **** are the Liberals on about?Ley off to a big anti-Palestinian racist start and some trumped up anti-semitism propaganda.
At 63 years and five months old, Ley is just a handful of weeks younger than Arthur Calwell was when he took the Labor leadership in 1960. Calwell went up against Robert Menzies and Harold Holt.
Agreed, in much the same way that Hewson struggled against Keating.Albo will be way too smart for her.
Will any Palestinians supporters fund them?I read that - what the **** are the Liberals on about?
Hamas deserve every drive bye Sussan Ley cares to give them, but so does the Israel government.
Why are the Liberal Party so hell bent on picking sides like this?
Terrorists v Genocidal regime - there is no winner.
A repeat of Truss vs Sunak? Didn’t they both prove to be winners? Not.I predict that Sussan Ley will last 6-12 months as leader of the opposition, because seeing that she won by only 4 votes, will mean Ley had better start watching her back from day 1. Angus Taylor will be lobbying behind the scenes to get another leadership spill done sooner rather than later.
I'm guessing he has greater ambitious than to be a sacrificial placeholder
She'll be knived well before the next election, but the LNP/Aus MAGA meltdown on x is already glorious to see. Their supporters have already called her a 'communist', "a DEI hire", 'woke' and 'too far to the left'
I know people who worked on the liberals modelling. The modelling is far more garbage then the media even realise. It really depends on the modelling you're reading in to. CSIRO's or what the Liberals commissioned.![]()
The Sky After Dark crowd is going to have fun undermining her for the next 4 or 5 months she remains as leader:

With racists who loved seeing a person who looks like a 'real' Aboriginal* agreeing with them on the Voice, and who was a main architect of the Voice's demise.Yes they keep saying Price has overwhelming popularity. I'd just love to know: with whom?
They will vote against them. And anyone who is appalled by the genocide will vote against them. Will any Palestinians supporters fund them?
No one listens to Sky after dark but people think they do. They can be ignored.I predict that Sussan Ley will last 6-12 months as leader of the opposition, because seeing that she won by only 4 votes, will mean Ley had better start watching her back from day 1. Angus Taylor will be lobbying behind the scenes to get another leadership spill done sooner rather than later. And Taylor will have the backing of the 'Sky News After Dark' team (ie Credlin, Bolt, Murray) for his bid to be leader of the Liberals. So, if Ley thinks she can unify the party from the opening day of parliament, she's sadly mistaken. Ley's colleagues might be friendly on the surface, but behind the scenes, they are already sharpening the knives, and are waiting for Ley to stuff things up so they can move another leadership vote against her.
