Capable is a really good word for him right now. He's not lighting it up or anything, but he's capable up forward, capable in the ruck, capable contesting in the air around the ground. Much further ahead than what we could have dreamed for a 18yo kid in his position. Love watching him play

His hit up leads in contested marks were bloody impressive for a 2mt 18yr old, just got found out when one on one in the last though. That will improve over time.

That’s what I have really enjoyed about the talls we picked

Despite all being key forwards, how they play and attack the contest couldn’t be more different

Will potentially give us a lot of options in the future from a strategic perspective and make us a very difficult forward line to plan against in the future

Was pleasing to see his leading patterns were better timed. My concern has always been a lack natural forward craft, and early games getting under the flight of the ball seemed to back that up. But it seems as if he’s improving which is a great sign.

Also got 4 free kicks from just his presence. That too me is the most exciting thing from a third gamer. Opposition teams are already having to be aware of him. Great signs.

Get this kid 3-4 pre seasons and he will be a beast. Just needs to really lock in on his goal kicking and ruck craft.
