Sheezel did play mid-fwd in the back half of least year and was rated by CD as one of the most effective players in the comp at the time, just ask Hoyney, Korne isn't a revolutionary there; no North fans disagree with Daniel at pick 26; Darling stunting anyones development is hilarious considering his role is to block/clear leading lanes, Maley in particular given how raw he is (if you ask him he'll tell you he wasn't ready for AFL...) and Chom is required down back. Yes, Chom did show promising signs in the singular half he played forward against Carlton. But as I said, he is required down back. Which part don't you understand? And how are you so dense that you automatically assume that WC and North KPF depth is identical despite North famously not having key forward depth? Maley is raw, Whitlock is raw, Wil Dawson is raw, but you want to pluck a name at another club who is also raw despite us having invested two first round draft picks at KPF's in the last two drafts. Darling is an ideal player to bring these guys through as a bridge until they are ready, which is exactly what we've seen with Maley getting a taste of it.
