Definitely something in this. I recall players this season saying Voss wrecked them in preseason, being the hardest ever. I remember hearing the same thing last year.

Yeah Voss spends most of his focus and time on this style of coaching and then says he has no time for fundamentals.

Just different philosophies. Fly rates being fresh and hammering fundamentals and letting HP staff ensure fitness. .
