Your Coach, CEO and Football manager are not on the board. So your point makes no sense.
Your post didn't make any sense, who's been knifed by the board in the last 3 seasons?

Who are Carlton's top 5 performing players in 2025, and that might give you an indication as to why they're where they are.

I'll give you #1 - Matt Kennedy.
Is he the guy you said was a VFL plodder at best and wouldn't get a game at Collingwood?

In terms of 2025 form id say

Hewett, TDK, Silvagni, Weitering, Cerra

In terms of who's actually our best players at their best? Curnow, Cripps, Walsh, Weitering and then 50/50 between TDK and Harry

So those who suggested that Carlton were more reliant on their top 6 performing at their maximum potential than any other team were on their top 6, have been proven correct?

They don't have much in the small forward department and their lack of depth (both their bottom 6 and outside their 22) has been criticised.
How have Carlton won games in the last 3-4 years without depth? They've had a horrid run with injuries for a long time and have been able to remain competitive regardless.

Not sure about that.

But they'd be top 4.

However, probability dictates it is very rare for a team to have their top 6 players all at their best across a full season.
If all the guns were playing and firing they are a 5 goal better side... so maybe they would have dropped one game, the crows one

Your team has a 50% win rate over the last 3 years, at a time when your top 6 players - a top 6 that Carlton rely on more than any other team - are in their prime age...

What does that have to do with what I posted?

How does a team that has had a horrid run with injuries over the last few years win enough games to make finals (in a time where the competition is as tight as ever) without any depth?

But you haven't.

Because you are more reliant on your top 6 than any other team in the comp, and you've actually had a pretty good run from those players over the last 3 years.

Then we consider dead rubbers, teams resting players in preparation for more important games, dubious umpiring calls, etc.

Which is exactly what I said before the season started.

But keep thinking it's just injuries that have stood in the way of Carlton and premiership contention.

No where have I said this. You really need to stop putting words in people's mouths for some cheap likes. It's quite sad. And please keep the excuses coming about your consistently incorrect predictions about Carlton's finishing position every year over the last 3-4 years. Hilarious to hear a Pies fan talk about umpire favouritism. Genuinely delusional take.

And I know you struggle with staying on topic but the post I replied to was about depth. Your ability to win games despite injuries is clearly linked to the depth you have at your disposal. If you want to discuss that happy to - otherwise this isn't a banter thread so the trolling achieves very little.

You're are bringing the same shit over from the other thread, we've heard it all before.

Where do you see me saying the only thing that stood between us and a premiership is injuries? Again, read before replying.
I'm waiting for that reply as well mate.
I did say 'Premiership contention'.

So the quote 'how did we manage to play finals despite a horrid run with injuries', doesn't suggest a much improved performance (I.e. premiership contention) in the absence of injuries?

A team with no depth wouldn't be able to make finals with a horrible injury run was what was said. No mention of us not being in premiership contention because of injuries - just another example of you making up stuff.
