At the ground it felt & looked like the players gave everything for the first 3 quarters and wasn't much left in the tank during the last.

So much good!! My fav think was a spoil from FOS with 6 mins left in the 2nd. They had the switch and easy out - being at the ground I watched this kid sprint 50 metres to make the spoil. His work rate is amazing. Keep him on the wing!!

When the game was there to be won with pressure/intensity at it's highest we did the job very well. Sure would love to have been 10+ goals and a big week of hysterical Carlton crisis in the media but maybe their last qtr 'comeback' covers the cracks of their team andtherefore there be a bit less scrutiny. They are truly going nowhere. First time in around 30 years I caught a train to the footy. Felt very old school, especially beating a 'big' club at the G. Train ride home on the Mernda line full of angry and frustrated Bloooozz fans lol. Loved it.

But they had no chance of winning. I would check the Foxtel time left - it was not possible to lose. They needed 2 goals in 33 seconds at the end.

There was however an MCG fire drill - we lost 15,000 blues supporters early in the last.
