It would be impossible to calculate because every game has different amount of players and different amount of villagers/non-roles. Hell some games have no villagers.

Yeah but this game is a little different... It's not that I don't believe you're a villager, but villagers are recruitable.

When I first began playing I was town for 8 or so games in a row but it was a mix of vanilla villager with fake seer or flog. It’s great to develop reads and also learn to contribute regardless of role /be active regardless of role.
And over all the years I’ve played (even when I played every game) I have almost never been NI. It took me years to be head vamp- and it has still only happened that one time. When I’m a role it tends to be a power town role or occasionally an underling.
Waits just make roles even sweeter when they do come but some people really are spoilt for role choice. They know who they are.
It’s impossible to work out odds unless we do it in retrospect , but there are clearly fewer starting roles in this than normal

Just on this. Think of a vampire bite and astral recruitment as two different game mechanics.
So a Vampiric Drifting Soul can still be "found" by a faction. However you can't unvamp a vamp (you know, the whole eternal life thing), hence they stay with the Vamp wincon.
