Darling sounds more likely to miss than play and honestly it seems like a good idea to let that wound recover properly.

If CCJ plays that’s some comeback from where he has been - for now, good on him for getting into the squad.

Maley would be quite prepared to bide his time knowing that he needs to improve in some areas ..He will get another chance l'm sure..

Well he certainly has the athleticism to ruck he should be utilised more.

I would agree with Maley being the better option. They have enough info to know Maley gets another contract, but need to decide on CCJ, so perhaps getting a look at him at AFL level is required at some point.
Has Finbar played enough games to qualify for VFL finals? I'm not across how many games are needed.

I would think Darling and CCJ have better stoppage structure knowledge than Finbar fwiw.
