for standing up when he did with his goal. He showed more leadership in that moment than the rest of the leaders on the field, especially with the pressure mounting while waiting for the player to exit the field. Oh and also being the first person to fly the flag for Saad at half time.

For a player that is constantly looked down on, he deserves some credit. He did whatever he could no matter where he was thrown... ruck, forward, defence, he just tried to play his part.

I don’t think he did that bad all considered.

I didn't think it was the time to go on about how many of our numbers have improved this year.

I didn't like that he deflected blame by mentioning it as a group thing and defusing it as something to be reviewed.

I did like when he referred to himself as a leader.

Ultimately he is head coach and while I don't think he is the only or even major cause of this it is his responsibility to avoid these outcomes.

After much deliberation (too much lately) it's obvious, Dr Evil has stolen CFC's mojo.

Coach or list?

IMO list is primary and coach is secondary. Regardless of who the coach is NO game plan will work when players handball to teammate's feet, miss targets, miss tackles, miss relatively easy shots at goal, drop marks, wet weather style dump kicks and worst of all.. MAKE CONSTANTLY BAD DECISIONS!

The endeavour is there but players are freezing up under pressure. I's been often said but the only way i can see a way out of this is to release the shackles and just let the players.....play!

Vossy, take two weeks off (continue to be present) and hand over the keys to the team. Let's see if freedom brings out a competitive resolve or ad nauseam.

True more the reason to keep Voss in my opinion. Tail can't keep wagging the dog. It's got to stop somewhere. Back him in, if players don't want to be coached by Voss then ship them out. Get some fresh blood and build alignment between coach and players. We need more players with heart, passion and love for the club. Effort should be unconditional. Current team is summed up by our leaders. Good to see Cripps having a laugh and breaking bread with Aliir after the game. #standbyvoss

I'm so done with this club. Rarely dig in and show grit so happy to sit back and think a new coach will turn it around. The fact we never know what team we'll get each week just illiterates this. And it's happened with every coach we've had. Culture needs a major shake up

Having just watched Voss' press conference I think he handled it just fine considering the circumstances. Whatever is said behind closed doors is more important. Nothing that he says publicly will ever placate fans.

We talk about this a lot, but what do we think is actually broken?

We’ve brought in different types of presidents, we’ve tried the sack coaches because we have high expectations. We tried the green shouts rebuild from the ground. We’ve tried stability the last 3-4 years.

We’ve had people like Swann and now Cook who are well esteemed come into the club - they haven’t been able to fix it.

From the outside looking in, the cancerous ‘power brokers’ seem to have less power than ever.

Any thoughts?

I think the thing I’m most fed up with is being fed the lines of bullshit. We’re all in it together. It’s about to turn. We love Vossy and he’s bringing out my best. We’re really going places. We have a game plan and it stacks up. We’re close.

No, we’re no good. We’re bottom 8 for sure and playing like bottom 4. Age-wise our list should be at its peak - and it’s not working. It won’t get better from here. Our game style is not working. We do not win games with our system or efficiency. Most of our big guns are playing nowhere near their previous output.

Wouldn’t it be refreshing to hear some sort of messaging from the club that was grounded in reality? It’s not working and we need to change things. Say it!
