What a miserable lot our coaching group are flynn young sub in his first 2 games of senior footy .

The rot was confirmed with the treatment of Kennedy last season. Wins best clubman, plays every position asked including ruck at stages and then gets subbed at half time of a final after leaving his newborn child to fly up for the game. Culture killer.

The ultimate joke is our only good player tonight has been subbed off injured at 3 quarter time. He will still get my BOG and may be the only one to get votes.

Charlie just cannot kick. Crippa past his prime in my opinion.

Newman would improve the team but cannot do everything on his own. Kemp may be a key forward next year.

You season your strangely powerful Voss dislike with a sprinkling of vague comments on other areas.. its ok though own it.

I'll bravely put my hand up and put him at the very bottom of my list of concerns about the club.

You've been involved in elite teams, you know that skills training is an expectation for the players on their OWN time pretty much from U16s onwards.

And its even harder once you reach AFL and the players association maxes you out at around 25hrs/wk of football related activities.
