Maybe even give Banks a crack though the middle
We already know short can be the guys off half back
But if we are going to experiment why not see if Banks can show even more versatility
I would be reluctant to move him, with the form & the way he is playing. let's not muck too many players around.

Ross has his limitations like many on the list but what he showed as a mid was composure, ability to evade and look for better options that Hopper and especially Taranto have in very limited quantities which reaffirmed that Taranto and hopper are so far off most other teams main mids.

His 1st game of the year still his best perf this season.

That’s fair enough as well
Just think it couldn’t hurt to just give it a crack

It doesn’t need to be for entire games or anything maybe just for the final qtr of a game just to see if it’s something worth planning around for the future

Whats the go with ticket prices at Geelong?
$90 is the cheapest going....
There was one bay of standing at $30 like 2 weeks ago, I’ve heard that they keep their GA seats for their Flexi members only. Probably explains why they haven’t been getting anywhere near capacity this season

Your tax payer money has technically already paid for the seat you sit on, so it should be free

He’s not allergic to the football like half our smalls
Short is the softest player on our list, who crumbles with pressure and its getting worse every match he plays. He only gets the footy if provided to him from others when he is under no imminent threat, otherwise he dump kicks worse than Jacob hopper did last weekend. Short is now a liability on all lines on a football field, there is no guidance he can provide the younger players, except being a squib and a pea heart

No, he didn't, unclebob. He did misspell it, but deliberately, as he didn't want to hurt his feelings by doing it properly.

Some GIF's from this game :)

Ross with the fake, then the bad handball... great follow-up and then good avoidance of the Soligo tackle (with help from Vlastuin) and a great blind turn to get away from Michalanney... to HRS throwing it on the boot to roll through for a goal!

Great spoil to start this play by Blight... Hopper with some strong moves for the outlet and Ross also nicely over his head oulet handballs to Broad... Ross again with the fakes and Banks follows up the Prestia mark perfectly to run around and kick the goal

Banks with a good long D50 exit and Balta's strong contested mark... to Mansell's tap to Lynch and his don't-argue on Laird and outlet handball back to Mansell who hits up the Seth Campbell lead... (super-glad he didn't injure his knee when he jarred it landing after taking the mark)... solid kick for goal!
